Since the establishment of Prime International over ten years ago most of our recruitment has involved the provision of UK based Engineers.

Although Prime has a recognised, established and proven international database, we felt the need to embrace the diversifying market and took the decision to expand our data-base enabling us not only to provide UK personnel but also to offer alternative Nationalities.

This has involved a massive investment and has taken over three years to establish but now we are fully operational and can offer Engineers from most countries in the world but specifically we have found great success with our data-bases in Egypt, Romania, Croatia, Canada, Australia and India.

In particular, with the market place demanding Earth Sciences / Drilling personnel and with the rising costs of the European applicant, we have heavily targeted the Egyptian, North American/Canadian and Romanian market place to fill the void that seems to have appeared within these popular disciplines.

This investment has not only proved to be very effective and timely, it has pushed Prime ahead of it’s competitors by offering our clients the choice of candidates from over 10 tailored separate databases in the following countries.
